Sarah Jannsch
I have always loved mentoring and being a safe space for sound boarding ideas, pushing individuals to reach their full potential. My ultimate goal is to leave a legacy of helping others be their best selves while being fully present for the people I love.
I officially began my coaching journey in 2023 by pursuing my bronze certification as part of Johnson & Johnson’s Transformational Leader program. This experience helped me realize that I had been using the coaching mindset my entire life, and the power it could unleash by utilizing it consciously. I could never have imagined how this mindset would not only transform my team but also have a profound impact on my mentees as well as friends and family. I firmly believe that everyone possesses immense potential and sometimes just needs help recognizing what they already know lies within them.
My coaching approach is grounded in the belief that every individual has unique potential, and I am passionate about helping others unlock it. Like a lighthouse in a storm, I aim to be a guiding light, illuminating what is already present for my coachee.

With over sixteen years of experience at Johnson & Johnson, I have established a track record of success through a unique blend of commercial, planning, mergers & acquisitions, external manufacturing, business process capabilities, portfolio management, insights and analytics, and distribution operations. Throughout my career, I have acted as a change agent, driving optimization and fostering collaborative work cultures to synergize and scale business capabilities. As a Credo-minded servant leader, I am dedicated to driving business with a patient focus while also engaging in global mission-driven initiatives and community outreach. My diverse background also encompasses sales, strategic forecasting, cold-chain logistics and hazardous materials. In my current role as PES Business Transformation Lead at J&J, I lead a team in supporting the Partnerships & External Supply Team through governance and improvements of a robust partner management process with a fit-for-purpose approach considering partner segmentation and account strategic prioritization across all platforms. I manage cross-functional governance for external manufacturing and oversee PES Business Intelligence, PES Performance Management, and Document & Curriculum Management.
Some of my key accomplishments include:
- Facilitating a rapid, end-to-end $2.8B divestiture within a disclosed agency model delivering an on-time, on-budget close process with no impact on customer service across 100 countries.
- Leading integration planning for a $400M acquisition, involving extensive commercial infrastructure, regulatory licensing, IT functions, and supply chain readiness for over 50 countries.
- Spearheading a $109M portfolio global finance system integration.
- Consistently driving collaborative organizational processes and leadership development throughout my J&J career to support and scale enterprise expansion and efficiency
I manage teams using a servant-leadership model to enhance productivity and inspire a motivated work culture, mentoring numerous individuals whose professional development has led them to advance into leadership roles.
